Simphoni User Privacy Choices

Effective date: July 24, 2026. This page explains how users can make privacy requests and control account data, hosted content, local device data, and optional cloud processing for Simphoni services.

Access, correction, and portability

You may ask KEEx AI INC to confirm whether Simphoni processes personal information about you, request access to that information, correct inaccurate account details, or receive a portable copy of account or hosted workspace records that Simphoni can reasonably provide.

Deletion

Signed-in users can start account deletion from Profile or Settings > Delete Account in Simphoni. Account deletion bypasses the 30-day SimpleSounds trash and immediately purges active and trashed user content, cloud audio, authentication and push tokens, and short-lived call-routing records. Only narrowly disclosed legal or safety retention may remain.

Local data controls

Simphoni Mobile can store guest notes, guest chat transcripts, one guest SimpleSounds array, recent saved-array caches, ordinary call history, and device quota counters locally. Clear local content with the feature's delete or replace controls, or remove it by uninstalling the app. Signing in never uploads guest notes or sounds unless you explicitly import and save them.

Hosted AI and cloud processing choices

Chat and AI voice ask for contextual data-processing consent before hosted processing. SimpleSounds shows the localized prompt and offers the English model-facing translation for review before generation. Generation begins only after an 18+ confirmation and an explicit Generate action. You can decline optional notification permission and still return to the app to check a sound job.

Sale, sharing, and advertising tracking

Simphoni does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Simphoni also does not use an advertising identifier or track users across other companies' apps or websites. User content is not used for model training or product improvement.

How to make a request

Email support@simphoni.ai with the subject "Privacy Choices Request". Include the Simphoni account email or handle involved, the request type, and the best way to contact you. Simphoni may ask for information needed to verify the request before acting on account data.

Policy

Read the full Simphoni Privacy Policy for more detail about categories of data, processing purposes, retention, and service providers.
