Simphoni Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026. KEEx AI INC provides Simphoni Mobile, Simphoni Desktop, SimphoniNucleus, Communiti, and related web services. Simphoni is designed to keep personal creative work, local model state, and MindSeal authorship evidence under user control.

User privacy choices

You can review the choices available for account data, hosted content, local device data, cloud processing, access requests, correction, and deletion at simphoni.ai/privacy/settings.

Account, auth, and profile data

If you create an account or sign in, Simphoni may process account identifiers such as email address, display name, authentication provider, assigned access status, profile settings, and security records needed to keep the account available. Authentication and account records are handled with Firebase Authentication and related Google Cloud services.

User content, chats, workflows, and files

Simphoni features can create chats, notes, prompts, generated audio, voice transcripts, images, messages, workflows, tool outputs, uploaded files, learning artifacts, and support requests. Guest notes, guest transcripts, and unsaved guest SimpleSounds arrays stay on the device unless you explicitly share them. Signing in does not automatically upload guest work; Simphoni asks before importing it.

SimpleSounds generation and storage

SimpleSounds sends your scene prompt, an English model-facing translation when needed, and nine reviewed pad instructions to US-hosted generation infrastructure only after you confirm that you are at least 18 and tap Generate. Stability AI technology is used to generate effects, ambience, and instrumental loops. Voices and artist imitation are not supported. Unsaved generation jobs and their transient audio are retained for no longer than 24 hours. Signed-in arrays are uploaded only after you tap Save and remain until you delete them. Deleted arrays stay in trash for 30 days unless you restore them or delete the account. Shared WAV files contain AI provenance metadata.

Chat, voice, and calling

Text, images, and voice transcripts can be stored in signed-in chat history. Guest transcripts remain local. OpenAI processes hosted Chat and AI-voice requests after contextual data-processing consent. Simphoni does not retain raw AI-voice audio. Human audio calls use self-hosted LiveKit infrastructure. Human calls are not recorded or transcribed, ordinary call history stays on the device, and short-lived server routing records are used only to connect and protect calls. Reports may include relevant message and call metadata, but never call audio.

Operational diagnostics

Simphoni collects only operational telemetry needed to run and protect the service: crash information, latency, categorized failures, queue and call health, security events, and anonymous counts. Operational telemetry must not contain prompts, notes, audio, transcripts, messages, contacts, or generated content. It is not used to train models or for product-improvement profiling.

Processors and cloud services

Simphoni uses Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, hosting, functions, storage, messaging, logging, and data processing; OpenAI for hosted Chat and AI voice; Stability AI technology for SimpleSounds; and self-hosted LiveKit for human audio calls. Global users are served from disclosed US-hosted infrastructure, so using hosted features may transfer data to and process it in the United States. Simphoni Mobile 1.0 is free and has no purchases, advertising, payment setup, or plan-management surface.

Data linkage, tracking, and sharing

Account data, saved hosted content, messages, transcripts, push tokens, support requests, and access records may be linked to a signed-in user so Simphoni can provide the requested feature. Simphoni does not use an advertising identifier, sell data, share data with data brokers, or track users across other companies' apps or websites. Simphoni does not use prompts, notes, audio, transcripts, messages, images, contacts, or generated content to train models or improve products.

Retention and deletion

Saved notes, chats, transcripts, messages, and SimpleSounds arrays remain until you delete them or the account. Unsaved SimpleSounds jobs expire after 24 hours, array trash expires after 30 days, and call-routing records are short-lived. Account deletion immediately purges active and trashed user content, cloud media, authentication and push tokens, and routing records, subject only to narrowly disclosed legal or safety retention. Start deletion in Profile or Settings > Delete Account. You can also email support@simphoni.ai for help with account deletion, data access, correction, or support questions.

Review and support contact
